You can place a hanger order online through our website. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email confirming all of your order details. Should you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to respond to the order confirmation or contact Customer Service directly at 1.800.495.3201.
- I just placed my order. When will it ship?
Most all orders ship the next business day. All orders ship from our warehouse in Michigan via UPS Ground. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification directly from UPS with your tracking numbers (the email may reference our shipping partner, Prestige Fulfillment). All shoe trees ship separately directly from the manufacturer.
- I just received my order but the shoe trees were not included.
All shoe trees ship separately directly from the manufacturer, Woodlore. Depending on your location, they may arrive one or two days sooner or later than your hangers.
- Do you ship internationally?

Yes, if for any reasons your hangers do not fit your clothes perfectly, you can exchange it for a different size. Please contact Customer Service for instructions.

Here at The Hanger Project, we are committed to providing you the best hangers for the best clothes. Just like with shoe trees for shoes, one size hanger does not fit all!
