You can place a hanger order online through our website. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email confirming all of your order details. If you do not receive an order confirmation or should you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to respond to the order confirmation or contact Customer Service directly at 1.800.495.3201.
- I just placed my order. When will it ship?
Most all orders ship the next business day. All orders ship from our warehouse in Dallas, Texas via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail (for free shipping). Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification directly from The Hanger Project with your tracking numbers. Some products may drop-ship directly from the manufacturer. Normally, we try to notify customers of these instances.
- I just received my order but a product was damaged.
We make every effort to package our products so that damage does not occur during transit. However, from time-to-time, this does occur. If any of your products were received damaged, we will be more than happy to replace them. Please contact us directly and we will be happy to help.
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally via USPS Government Post. You can learn more about international shipping on our International Shipping Page.
- Can I place my order over the phone?
Yes, we have customer service representatives standing by to take your order. Please don’t hesitate to call us toll-free at 1.800.495.3201. Our normal business hours are Monday thru Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm CST, but Kirby is often available after hours and on the weekend. If you call and we do not answer, please either leave us a message or send us an email.
- What is your online return policy?
You may return any product as long as the item is unused. See our return policy for more. We also have a 100% Perfect Fit Guarantee. If for any reason your hangers do not perfectly fit, we will gladly exchange them for you.
- Can I exchange my hangers for a different size?
Yes, if for any reasons your hangers do not fit your clothes perfectly, you can exchange it for a different size. Please contact Customer Service for instructions.
- How do I find the correct size hanger for my clothes?
Here at The Hanger Project, we are committed to providing you the best hangers for the best clothes. Just like with shoe trees for shoes, one size hanger does not fit all! Please follow our Sizing Guide or email / call Customer Service at 1.800.495.3201 for additional sizing guidance should you need it.
