Rates & policies
The Hanger Project can ship to almost any address in the world. Shipping and Handling rates are assessed at checkout and depend on the amount of your purchase. All domestic orders are shipped by UPS Ground; if your order requires a different level of service (2nd Day or Overnight), please contact Customer Service directly.

International Shipping
We ship all international orders via USPS Government Post unless otherwise requested. Transit time can be anywhere from 7 to 14 days. USPS is our preferred international shipping provider because their rates are much less expensive than comparable express carriers and their customs much more lenient. Should you have any specific questions regarding our International Shipping policies, please contact Customer Service. Our shopping cart is able to accurately estimate international shipping charges.

What if the quoted International Shipping seems too expensive?
Often times our quoted shipping understates the cost of international shipping, in which case we sometimes are required to charge the difference (never before first contacting the customer for approval). However, if you are purchasing a large order and feel that the quoted cost of international shipping is too high, please contact Customer Service and we would be happy to provide you with a customized quote. Often times with large orders we can ship much more economically via freight carriers.

Free Shipping on Shoecare Items
The Hanger Project offers free shipping on all luxury shoecare items, including Saphir Shoe Polish, on orders over $75.00 shipped within the Continental United States. However, if any other items are added to the shopping cart, shipping will be charged on those specific items. The reason is because we can ship our shoecare items in relatively small boxes compared to those required for our Luxury Garment Hangers and other garment care items. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact customer service. All paid shipping is sent via UPS; however, we reserve the right to ship all items with Free Shipping via USPS. Not valid with other promotional codes.

When your order will arrive?
We ship in-stock items within 2 business days after receiving your order. We generate automatic ship notifications with tracking information at the time of shipment (sent directly from UPS). We carefully pack and ship all products directly from our warehouse. All domestic order ship via UPS Ground, which can take up to 5 days to deliver, depending on where you are located relative to our warehouse in Grand Prarie, Texas.

Armed Services Addresses

We offer free shipping to all APO/AFP addresses for those that serve in our military for orders over $50.00. Please note that in order to qualify for this shipping, one of the following "States" must be selected in your shipping address:

Armed Forces Americas

Armed Forces Pacific

Armed Forces Europe

Armed Forces Middle East

Armed Forces Canada

We will then ship USPS to your address. Please contact customer service if you have any problems with this.
