Rates & policies
The Hanger Project can ship to almost any address in the world. Shipping and Handling rates are assessed at checkout and depend on the amount of your purchase. All domestic orders are shipped by UPS Ground; if your order requires a different level of service (2nd Day or Overnight), please contact Customer Service directly.

International Shipping
We ship all international orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS – government post) due to their favorable shipping rates customs treatment in most countries. However, when shipping to Mexico, Central or South America, we recommend shipping via UPS or DHL.

Due to the complexity of international shipping rates, we do attempt to “guess.” At checkout, your order will be charged a flat 25% shipping deposit; depending on the actual cost of shipping, we will either invoice for the additional amount or issue a refund depending on the actual cost of shipping. If you would like a shipping estimate, please contact Customer Service.

When your order will arrive
We ship in-stock items within 2 business days after receiving your order. We generate automatic ship notifications with tracking information at the time of shipment (sent directly from UPS). We carefully pack and ship all products directly from our warehouse. All domestic order ship via UPS Ground, which can take up to 5 days to deliver, depending on where you are located relative to our warehouse in Michigan. International orders can take up to two weeks for deliver.
