You may return any product from Kirby Allison's Hanger Project for a refund or exchange, accompanied by a receipt, as long as the item is returned undamaged. Contact Customer Service prior to returning the item to obtain a return authorization and instructions. We do not refund for shipping costs unless a shipping mistake was made on our behalf. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days or exchanges after 60 days.
Returns without proper documentation or shipped via Freight Forwarding Companies are subject to thorough inspection and are not subject to refunds.
A restocking fee will be applied if Return Merchandise Authorization instructions are not followed.
We have a 100% Perfect Fit Guarantee. If for any reason you feel like your hangers are not the proper size, we are more than happy to exchange them. Please contact customer service via email or at (800) 495-3201 to coordinate. Please do not return hangers without first contacting customer service.
We commission our hangers to the highest standards and take pride in making the best hangers for the best clothes. However, due to the size of our hangers, they do not go anywhere easily. We take every precaution to package orders as carefully as possible to minimize the possible of damage during transit. If for any reason you receive your hangers damaged, please contact Customer Service so we can arrange to exchange your hangers. We stand by our products 100% and will do whatever it takes to correct for damaged hangers.
Black Friday / Cyber Monday Return and Exchanges
All sales are final on promotional priced merchandise during Black Friday / Cyber Monday (November 29th -December 2nd). No returns or exchanges will be honored. Requests for returns or exchanges on qualifying merchandise must be returned at the expense of the customer.
